Why Choose Flyboarding in Chapora Beach?
Flyboarding requires Flat, Calm Water to maintain balance. The open waves of Baga or Calangute make it very difficult for beginners. The Chapora River (near the Morjim/Vagator confluence) offers the perfect glass-like surface, making it the Easiest Place to Learn in Goa.
Sea Water Sports provides the latest Hydro-Flight gear. Our certified instructors control the throttle of the Jet Ski (which powers your board), allowing you to focus purely on your balance and posture.

- The View: While hovering, you get a unique view of the historic Chapora Fort and the Morjim coastline
- Photos: This is the most Instagrammable sport in Goa. The Sea Water Sports team or your friends can capture stunning shots of you hovering above the water
Total Session Duration: Approx. 15 to 20 Minutes
Step 1: Arrival & Gear Up (Reporting Time) Report to the Sea Water Sports flyboarding pontoon/zone at Chapora
- Weight Check: The instructor may verify your weight to adjust the water pressure
- Gear Up: Wear the Helmet (essential for ear protection) and the Life Jacket. Strap on the Flyboard boots (they feel like snowboard boots)
Step 2: Dry Training (5 Mins)
- On Land/Dock: The instructor explains the Dolphin Dive technique and the Lock Knee posture
- Hand Signals: Learn the signals for Up, Down, and Emergency Stop
Step 3: In-Water Training (First 5 Mins) Enter the water. The board floats
- The instructor (on the Jet Ski) gently increases the throttle
- You practice keeping your feet flat and body straight while lying in the water
Step 4: The Flight (10-15 Mins)
- Lift Off: Once you are stable, the instructor hits the throttle
- Fly: Feel the water jets push you 10-15 feet into the air
- Maneuvers: Try simple turns or just hover like a superhero. If you lose balance, you simply splash safely into the water
